What is the role?

You will be responsible for serving the needs of existing customers and closing sales deals to acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare for sales calls by conducting research and building sales decks.
  2. Lead prospective client calls, send pitches, and close new deals.
  3. Present Xoxoday products as solutions to prospective clients' business challenges or needs.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new customers.
  5. Be flexible to work in shifts or different time zones.
  6. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain an accurate forecast.
  8. Liaise and partner with internal departments to manage complex sales opportunities.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Ability to hunt for new business and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Great team player.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit encouraged.
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced, small teams where you can take initiative and be accountable.
  • Good listening skills and a desire to learn consultative selling techniques.
  • High-energy, positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining quality.
  • Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads.
