  • Meeting deal execution timelines.
  • Evaluate and assess additional exposure to new relationships.
  • Participate in strategic decisions regarding changing, updating, and commercial plans.
  • Offer strong cross-sale options specifically designed for potential buyers.
  • Evaluate business demand for real estate uses.
  • Identify opportunities to add corporate value via real estate assets and solutions.
  • Provide improvised solutions for potential buyers and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Focus on the achievement of new business goals, as determined by the Line Commercial Director.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong PR network and social circle.
  • Residing in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
  • Real estate background preferred.
