We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. It involves managing responsibilities in female-designated office areas, such as staff rooms and washrooms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, reliability in handling petty cash, and the ability to support multiple internal functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Overseeing daily office operations for a smooth workflow
- Handling and maintaining petty cash with proper documentation
- Managing procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
- Supporting HR and Accounts in document handling, filing, and onboarding
- Managing utility bill payments, reimbursements, and correspondence
- Organizing meetings, events, and ensuring office upkeep
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 0–3 years of administrative or office management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in rotational shifts
- Competitive salary (PKR 40,000 – 60,000/month)
