Administrative Officer

">Job Description:

The role of the Administrative Officer involves ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the office environment.

This includes managing office support and security staff to maintain a professional and secure workspace, processing and tracking utility bills, maintaining stock levels of office supplies, snacks, and basic equipment, coordinating with vendors and service providers for maintenance and logistics, supervising the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, maintaining and overseeing company vehicles, and assisting in planning and executing internal office events.

The Administrative Officer will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of administrative expenses and assisting with budget reporting, as well as supporting other departments with filing, documentation, and logistics as required.

In addition, the successful candidate will perform daily administrative tasks using MS Office tools to ensure efficient operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
