Job Title: Fabric Quality Control Manager

  • To facilitate the implementation of commercial processing policies under the supervision of the Director of Marketing & Production.
  • To liaise with finishers to discuss fabric finishing matters.
  • To engage in daily communication with finishers via various channels, including telephone, email, and fax.
  • To receive and process finishing orders from the marketing department, calculating costs and forwarding them to processing units.
  • To coordinate payment and invoice execution with the accounts department for finishing activities.
  • To collaborate with finishing personnel to track orders placed with different finishers.
  • To address quality-related issues reported by the marketing department, taking necessary actions within authority or referring them to the appropriate authorities with recommendations.
  • To analyze quality complaints and suggest remedial measures.
  • To report market conditions affecting finishing operations and processing charges to the Director.
  • To synchronize production with market demands in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • To arrange product delivery to customers.
  • To cooperate with the export department to arrange export shipments.
  • To handle marketing department feedback and complaints, investigate issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • To improve the product quality index through continuous efforts.
  • To delegate tasks to subordinates and monitor their performance.
  • To explore new finishing units to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
About This Role

This is a senior-level position that requires excellent leadership and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabric finishing, with experience in managing teams and implementing quality control processes.
