Job Summary

Position Title: Quality Control (QC) Officer

Department: Quality Assurance / Production

Location: Lahore

Reports To: QC Manager / Production Head

Job Purpose

The QC Officer is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring that all products and processes comply with company quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
  • Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Identify, record, and report non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Ensure calibration and proper use of testing equipment.
  • Work closely with production and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMP, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping of QC data for audits and inspections.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's / Diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance (Fresh graduates can also apply if required).
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and inspection procedures.
  • Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
