This is a broad-based human resource generalist position that requires strategic insight and proven leadership experience in HR management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and drive business transformation efforts in the areas of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), policies and procedures, processes, and analytics/reporting.
  • Identify new technologies, tools and initiatives that will reduce cost, increase efficiencies and improve HR processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Human Resource Management from a well-reputed university.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law, Compliance requirements, and the resolution of complex employee relation issues.
  • Strong expertise in process/project management, with ability to set and deliver upon HR strategies, actions and plans in support of business objectives.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
