IT Area Transformation Manager

Responsibilities- Lead the adoption and integration of modern manufacturing technologies and digital applications.
- Identify and drive innovation opportunities to improve production efficiency, quality, and agility.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies such as IoT, Industry 4.0, and AI/ML in manufacturing.
- Ensure seamless data flow between inventory systems and other platforms like ERP, WMS, MES, Track and Trace.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including smart factory concepts.
- Leverage data analytics to uncover operational insights and recommend process improvements.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor production performance and predictive maintenance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align technology projects with business needs.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure project success and partner performance.
- Prepare and oversee budgets for technology initiatives.
- Ensure compliance of manufacturing applications with audit standards, data security, and regulations.
- Support audit processes with proper documentation and compliance reporting.
- Optimize manufacturing applications to operational needs.
- Develop prototypes, pilot projects, and proof-of-concepts for new solutions.
- Assist users in adopting digital systems and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, planning, quality, and maintenance.
- Experience with data analysis and dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Understanding of cybersecurity standards in industrial environments.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovative mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 5 years managing manufacturing applications and digital projects.
- Proven track record in manufacturing innovation and transformation.
- Hands-on with emerging technologies like IoT, Industry 4.0, MES systems.
- Experience in process improvement and production systems optimization.
- Experience with technology budgeting and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with data management, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Experience working with teams across production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT.
- Knowledge of compliance standards like ISO, ITGC, etc.
- Experience with vendor and partner collaboration.
- SAP S4 implementation experience is preferred.
