Oracle Application Functional Administrator

**Experience and Qualifications:**
ACCA or MBA (Finance) with at least 6 years of experience in Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects.
Experience in implementing a full lifecycle of Oracle Financials and Oracle Projects. Understanding of business processes and their mapping to Oracle e-business is essential. Ability to independently provide business solutions. Oracle Fusion knowledge is required.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in system strategy, gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, design as-is and to-be business processes, demonstrate prototypes, perform functional configuration, testing, document training, and train end users.
  • Set up Budgetary Control, Security, Cross-Validation Rules, FSG, Deprecation, Flex fields, Pro-rate Conventions, Mass Additions, Profile Options, Responsibilities, Menus, Users, and Numbering.
  • Reconcile subsidiary modules with General Ledger, understanding Subledger Accounting (XLA).
  • Work knowledge of SQL, system interfaces, and APIs.
  • Customize forms for additional controls not available in standard applications.
  • Implement Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, and Oracle Projects modules.
  • Manage multiple projects, plan, and stay organized.
  • Communicate effectively, conveying complex information clearly.
  • Handle all matters related to Oracle Financial modules, Supply Chain, and Oracle Project Costing modules.
  • Implement new modules, enhance functionalities, and upgrade to new Oracle releases with proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with end users, support teams, and report development teams for issue resolution and report customization.
