We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with experience in ERP, CRM, and Business Applications to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to business growth by selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, and BizApps solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand customer business challenges and propose tailored Dynamics 365 solutions that align with their needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, lead generation, and product demonstration to closing deals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and live demonstrations of Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Work closely with the pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft's latest updates, licensing models, and competitive landscape.
  • Achieve and exceed Microsoft solution sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, lead conversion, and customer engagement in records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 lead generation campaigns.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ERP/BizApps/software sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives and business decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
