Job Title: Business Development Specialist (Night Shift)

Location: Hybrid

Timings: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Fixed salary + 15% commission on each successful deal

Job Description

Tech Polaju is looking for a Business Development Specialist to lead client acquisition efforts during the night shift. We deliver custom Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, and Dataverse.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and close new business opportunities through social media platforms—not freelancing sites. You'll play a key role in scaling our client base and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Promote Tech Polaju's Microsoft 365 services and tailor messaging to address client needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project alignment and delivery.
  • Manage client relationships and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Drive email marketing efforts and support SEO-driven business growth.
  • Track market trends, identify new opportunities, and refine outreach strategies.
  • Prepare, customize, and send compelling proposals and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proven experience generating leads and closing deals through social media.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 solutions and business software services.
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
