SEO Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated SEO Specialist with a strong focus on Off-Page SEO and Backlinking to help enhance our website's visibility and drive organic traffic. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with the majority of the work conducted remotely. The ideal candidate will independently create content tailored for off-page SEO initiatives, manage backlink acquisition strategies, and optimize content across various platforms. Collaboration with marketing and design teams will be essential to align strategies with our brand voice and attract our target audience.

• Backlink Strategy Development: Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies that focus on acquiring high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
• Independent Content Creation: Independently create engaging content specifically designed to support backlinking efforts, including guest posts, articles, and infographics, without reliance on content writers.
• Outreach Campaigns: Conduct targeted outreach to bloggers, influencers, and relevant platforms to secure quality backlinks.
• Backlink Monitoring: Regularly assess the quality and status of acquired backlinks, disavowing harmful links as necessary.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' backlink profiles to identify opportunities for link-building campaigns.

• Collaborative Content Development: Work closely with the content team to create and optimize content that supports off-page SEO goals.
• Content Optimization: Provide recommendations to enhance content structure, keyword usage, and internal linking to improve linkability and search engine rankings.
• Cross-Platform Content Management: Write and adapt content for various channels, ensuring optimization for search engines and user engagement.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and backlinking.

• On-Page SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to optimize meta tags, headers, internal linking, and image alt text.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on SEO performance, analyzing data to recommend improvements and identify new opportunities.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive SEO strategies across all digital channels.

Qualifications
