Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results-drivenPaid Media Marketing Specialistto join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimise paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. You should have a passion for data-driven marketing, a deep understanding of paid advertising channels, and the ability to create, implement, and optimize campaigns that meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute paid media strategies to meet business objectives, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
  2. Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  3. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  4. Create, launch, and optimize PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns, including keyword research, targeting audience, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effective budget utilization and achievement of KPIs (click-through rate, conversion rate, CPA, ROI).
  6. A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign performance and user engagement.
  7. Understand SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and search volume to enhance paid campaigns by targeting high-value keywords and ensuring search engine compatibility.
  8. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools.
  9. Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards in Looker Studio and Excel Sheets, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement.
  10. Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to scale successful campaigns.
  11. Manage paid media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
  12. Forecast and report on paid media spending, balancing budget constraints with performance goals.
  13. Perform keyword research to identify valuable keywords, search volumes, and competition levels for both paid and organic search strategies.
  14. Collaborate with SEO specialists to align paid campaigns with organic search strategies and improve overall search visibility.
  15. Work closely with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce compelling ad creatives.
  16. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging paid media platforms to stay competitive.
  17. Suggest and implement innovative strategies to increase engagement, conversions, and overall campaign success.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. 2-4 years of experience in paid media advertising, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  2. Strong experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  3. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
  4. Experience with Excel Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  5. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  6. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals to align paid campaigns with search engine optimization strategies.
  7. Strong understanding of keyword research, search volume analysis, and competition assessment for better targeting and visibility in paid campaigns.
  8. Ability to interpret data, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign performance.
  9. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  10. Ability to create compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing visuals.
  11. Experience with landing page creation and optimization for paid campaigns.
  12. Strong communication skills to report on campaign performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns.
  2. Knowledge of programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies.
  3. Familiarity with automation tools for scaling campaigns.
  4. Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or any other relevant certifications are a plus
