We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Executive with proven experience in technical recruitment as well as core HR operations. This role requires someone who can independently lead recruitment drives—especially for field and blue-collar roles—while also supporting essential HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  2. Source candidates through field visits, networking, referrals, job portals, and social media platforms.
  3. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, assessments, and reference/background checks.
  4. Manage onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and initial training for new hires.
  5. Handle exit formalities including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
  6. Run recruitment campaigns and engagement initiatives across social media and digital channels.
  7. Maintain accurate hiring documentation and recruitment data.
  8. Support operational functions, including tools and inventory management when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, especially in technical and field hiring.
  3. Strong exposure to hiring both blue-collar and white-collar staff.
  4. Proficient in MS Office and social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups) for sourcing.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
  7. Willingness to travel frequently for on-ground recruitment activities.
