Job Outline
We are seeking a management trainee to support our day-to-day business operations in Finance and Human Resources. They will help manage basic accounting tasks and HR coordination without the need for in-depth financial planning or reporting.
Job Responsibilities
Accounts Coordination
• Record daily financial transactions using accounting software ZohoBooks
• Process payments, invoices, receipts, reimbursements, and petty cash.
• Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings, compliance, and audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for financial transactions.HR Coordination:
• Maintain employee records and HR databases (leave, attendance, contracts, etc.).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
• Help organize internal events, team communications.
• Coordinate employee benefits and handle basic HR queries.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 months of experience in accounting, HR coordination, or administrative support.
• Interest in learning or exploring accounting software (ZohoBooks)
• Familiarity with HR processes
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
