Role Overview:

Addo AI is seeking a proactive and articulate Client Engagement Manager to strengthen client partnerships and support business growth. This role combines account nurturing with early-stage relationship development, making it ideal for someone who can confidently represent the company in both client servicing and pre-sales conversations. The ideal candidate excels at understanding client needs, translating AI-driven solutions into business value, and fostering trust with both existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage regularly with existing clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and expectations.
  • Meet with prospective clients to explore needs, present Addo AI's capabilities, and support early relationship building.
  • Translate technical AI solutions into clear, business-oriented conversations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and smooth project delivery.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships to drive client satisfaction, retention, and new business opportunities.
  • Document client interactions and feedback to inform internal strategy and improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field; a background or interest in AI/tech is a plus.
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in the tech or consulting sector.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
