In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading initiatives to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities;">
- Engage in cold calling and outbound communication to generate leads and set appointments;">
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our services;">
- Support clients in understanding our Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) offerings;">
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales activities effectively;">
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups;">
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements;">
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve outreach;">
- Achieve personal and team goals for lead generation and sales;">
- Maintain knowledge of trends in the IT services industry to effectively communicate with clients.">
Requirements
Qualifications:
">- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales;">
- Experience in the IT services or consulting industry preferred;">
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;">
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;">
- Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with decision-makers;">
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;">
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets;">
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM Pakistan Time).">
