Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Support Engineer located in Karachi. The Technical Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support, aiding with technical queries from clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Additional responsibilities include offering technical support, analyzing customer needs, and assisting in the resolution of technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Technical Sales and Technical Sales Support skills
  • Technical Support and Sales Operations experience
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi
  • Previous experience in the weighing or industrial automation industry is a plus
