About Us:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Work diligently and handle pressure to meet targets and deadlines.

Qualities Required:

  • Positive attitude and optimistic behavior.
  • Diligence and commitment to work.
  • Capability to handle pressure effectively.

Experience:

  • Experienced sales dispatchers are given priority.
  • Dedicated freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • This is a full-time position; no part-time or short-term roles are available.
