Role Description

This is a NIGHT SHIFT, full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Lahore. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls, resolving issues, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with team members to improve service quality.

Our salary package ranges from 30,000 to 40,000 PKR + incentives.

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Basic Computer Literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
