We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional based in the Philippines to contribute to our global HR operations, with the potential for future relocation to Kuwait.
Position Overview:
As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes, providing support to our employees, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks.
* Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
* Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
* Assist with employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
* Facilitate communication between employees and management.
Ensure HR practices align with company culture and values.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in a Human Resources role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant labor laws (familiarity with Philippines labor laws is essential).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
Important Note Regarding Location:
This position will initially be a remote work opportunity based in the Philippines for the first three (3) months of the probation period. Upon successful completion of the probation period and based on business needs, there is a strong potential for the employee to relocate to Kuwait with an enhanced compensation and benefits package.
