Job Description

Clan Communications is actively hiring Cold Calling Agents to join our Lahore-based night shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience in cold calling, BPO, or telemarketing to grow in a dynamic and rewarding international sales environment.

You'll be engaging with US-based prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our business development team. If you're fluent in English and confident on calls, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential US clients
  • Pitch services clearly and effectively
  • Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Maintain CRM records of conversations and progress
  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets

Key Requirements

  • Less than 1 year of experience in cold calling or telemarketing(hiring freshers)
  • Fluent spoken English
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM)
