OFFICE ADDRESS:

Role and Responsibilities
  • Ensuring a speedy recruitment process and a potential backup pool in place to fulfill the recruitment needs
  • Advertising vacancies, assessing applications, scheduling interviews and tests, checking references, compiling results, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
  • Preparing staff handbooks
  • Advising onpayand other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
  • Assisting with policy and structure development for the organization
  • Undertaking regular salary reviews
  • Administering payroll and maintainingemployeerecords
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
  • Negotiating with staff on issues relating to pay and conditions
  • Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree from a reputable local or international University.

* Candidates residing in DHA Karachi would be preferred.

  • Articulate, confident, natural networker and presenter
  • Self-starter with ability to take initiative and multi task
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Access, Word, Excel and Power Point preferred
