Key Role in HR and Accounting

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of human resources and accounting functions, including recruitment, performance management, payroll administration, and financial reporting.

This role requires a strong understanding of both human resources management and accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for HR management, including recruitment and selection policy/practices, performance management, workforce planning, increasing associate satisfaction and engagement.
  • Administer payroll, general ledger operations, monthly closings, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, prepare tax computations, and returns.
  • Administer accounts receivable and payable, resolve accounting discrepancies, and irregularities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude to working hours, willingness to work at night.
  • High level of integrity, solid team player.
  • End-to-end recruitment experience, ability to advise on recruitment methods, approaches to market, and market information.
  • Ability to draft formal business letters and emails.
