Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Google Ads Specialist located in Rawalpindi. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to improve ROI and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience running Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven ability to set up and manage high-performing campaigns
  • Expertise in accurate conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing
  • Ability to monitor, optimize, and report on performance effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and launch campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Optimize for performance and ROI across multiple campaign types
  • Set up conversion tracking and ensure accurate attribution
  • Analyze data, generate reports, and suggest growth strategies
