Job Description:

We are a growing software development agency specializing in web development, AI solutions, and automation tools. We are looking for an SEO & Ads Manager to work on-site and take charge of search engine optimization (SEO) and paid ad campaigns to improve our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and optimize conversions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing channels. This role is crucial for driving targeted traffic, maximizing ad performance, and boosting brand visibility.

Job Specification:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive quality traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
    • Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, structured data, internal linking, website audits).
    • Execute off-page SEO (link building, guest posting, outreach strategies).
    • Optimize website speed, user experience (UX), and mobile-friendliness.
    • Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
  2. Paid Ads & PPC Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads to generate high-quality leads.
    • Set up and optimize campaigns, targeting the right audience for maximum ROI.
    • A/B test ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversions.
    • Monitor and adjust ad spending to ensure optimal budget allocation.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
  3. General Digital Marketing & Reporting:
    • Work closely with the content team to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and marketing materials.
    • Identify new digital marketing trends and experiment with innovative strategies.
    • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports on SEO rankings, website traffic, and ad campaign results.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new marketing trends.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website optimization is a plus.
