Job Description

This role combines the responsibilities of a Product Owner, leading agile software development projects within the Scrum framework. It requires a blend of project management skills, agile methodology expertise, and business domain understanding.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management:
  2. Plan and manage project scope, budget, and timeline following agile principles.
  3. Monitor progress and proactively address risks.
  4. Mentor the team on agile practices, fostering collaboration.
  5. Lead scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  6. Ensure effective communication between team, stakeholders, and product owner.
  7. Implement agile processes efficiently, balancing flexibility with structure.
  8. Maintain comprehensive project documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint plans, release notes).
  9. Report project status and metrics to stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate closely with the development team to understand technical challenges and solutions.
  11. Product Ownership:
  12. Focus on long-term product planning.
  13. Communicate the product vision and business needs clearly.
  14. Represent stakeholder interests and act as the voice of the customer.
  15. Create and prioritize user stories and manage the product backlog.
  16. Work with UI/UX teams (e.g., Figma) and developers to estimate and refine features.
  17. Conduct product demos, gather feedback, and refine the product based on usability tests and market insights.
  18. Make scope decisions based on user needs and project feasibility.
Required Skills
  1. Experience in product roadmapping aligned with business goals.
  2. Experience with B2G and B2B markets and clients.
  3. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  4. Project management skills including planning, estimation, and risk management.
  5. Deep understanding of business domains and user needs.
  6. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  7. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  9. Understanding of system requirements and software logic.
  10. Data analysis skills, familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.
  11. Experience with feature prioritization frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE).
