Role Description

We are excited to share an incredible work-from-home opportunity with flexible hours, perfect for those seeking work-life balance This role involves co-hosting short-term rentals and managing guest experiences via Airbnb, with an 8-hour shift, seven days a week. With your experience, You'll be able to handle guest inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure properties are well-maintained. We are seeking a motivated individual to collaborate and deliver outstanding hospitality, making every guest feel welcome. This is a short-term position that could turn into something more.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in CRM maintenance, invoicing, web scraping, and data entry
  • Customer support experience via phone, email, and live chat
  • Technical support skills, including Level 2 & 3 support and system maintenance
  • Web research and competitor research skills
  • Experience in social media community management
  • Transcription skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
