The Store Pharmacist manages the storage, organization, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods within the pharmaceutical supply chain. This role ensures compliance with quality standards, regulatory guidelines (CGMP & DRAP SOPs), and inventory management best practices.

1. Organize raw, packing material, and finished goods stores to minimize storage.
2. Maintain proper labeling and locking systems in the warehouse; update checklists covering all critical parameters.
3. Manage stock reconciliation with production, ensuring no discrepancies, and conduct monthly cycle counts with timely adjustments.
4. Issue raw and packing materials to manufacturing against work orders, ensuring proper labeling, correct quantities, and adherence to lead times per SOP.
5. Ensure materials are used before expiry and conduct inventory clean-up of obsolete or unusable materials after approval.
6. Manage and reduce SLOB, damages, and expiries through inter-departmental communication.
7. Maintain warehouse compliance with CGMP requirements.
8. Adhere strictly to Quality Management Systems.
9. Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.
10. Ensure warehouse operations comply with DRAP requirements and regulations.
11. Contribute to health, safety, and environmental policies and legal requirements.
12. Oversee dispatch of finished goods from healthcare and household sectors.
13. Participate in and execute DRAP and other compliance audits.

A candidate with Pharm-D qualifications and 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with knowledge of warehousing, ERP systems, and inventory management.

ERP (Inventory Management), MS Office, effective communication skills.
