Job title : Senior Finance Executive

Location: E-11, Islamabad (Onsite)

Turnotech Inc. is seeking a
proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Finance
to support and oversee our financial operations from Islamabad HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting functions: AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, journal entries, etc.
  • Ensure timely booking of invoices, vendor bills, site expenses, and employee claims.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements (IFRS, local GAAP).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Compile, generate and submit monthly project-specific P&L and cost analysis reports.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports for senior management and project teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Monitor budget variances, analyse financial trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project managers to align financials with project milestones.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, VAT, etc.) as per local regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and tax audits.
  • Implement internal controls and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for reconciliation, billing, and payments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams/departments: Procurement, Administration, Project Management, HR, Audit etc.
  • Assist the Finance & Accounts Manager in investor and stakeholder reporting when required.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance or CA Inter/CMA (completed articles preferred)
  • 2–3 years of relevant financial management experience
  • Exposure to financial operations across multiple countries/currencies (preferred)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
