Job Summary

Dcodax Technologies is looking for a Finance Executive to join our growing team. The Finance Executive will play a vital role in supporting the finance department with day-to-day financial operations, including transaction management, financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting activities. This position is crucial to maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring accurate financial records, assisting in the preparation of key reports, and contributing to strategic financial planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely recording and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to identify trends and variances.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliation statements.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data and preparing analysis.
  • Perform bank reconciliations monthly to ensure alignment of company records with bank statements.
  • Assist in taxation-related tasks such as calculating tax liabilities, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes align with company goals.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Keep updated with financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks where applicable.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to financial documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
