Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily reconciliation of credit card transactions, courier payments, and bank transfers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve efficient processes for vendor payment deposits, including reviewing invoices, approvals, and payment scheduling.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations and long-term strategic goals.
- Supervise financial operations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and smooth collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Prepare, review, and present financial reports including profit and loss statements, cash flow projections, and budget variance analysis.
- Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic financial plans, aligning them with company objectives.
- Drive process improvements, strengthen internal financial controls, and support system upgrades to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior finance team members to build capability and support professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity (e-commerce or retail sector experience is highly desirable).
- Hands-on experience with financial software and ERP systems; experience with Odoo is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and management reporting.
- Proven ability to analyze trends, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in financial reporting, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and professionalism in managing confidential financial information.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Location: Onsite
Package upto PKR 120,000/-
