- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in IT product sales, with a strong track record of developing client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and leading teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
