Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Assistant located in Rawalpindi. The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks such as maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, assisting with benefits administration, and coordinating training sessions. The role includes data entry into the HRIS, providing support in HR management activities, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration
- Experience in coordinating and providing Training
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
