Right Solution is looking for a results-driven Front Sales Executive with proven experience in converting Meta Paid Leads (Facebook & Instagram) into paying clients. This role focuses on selling our design services (web, app, branding) and managing the full sales lifecycle with a monthly revenue target of $5,000 to $8,000.

Job Responsibilities

·Convert inbound Meta (Facebook/Instagram) leads into qualified sales

·Reach out to warm and cold leads via phone, email, and social media.

·Qualify leads and identify client needs to present tailored web design and development solutions.

·Upsell additional services, such as SEO, website maintenance, and digital marketing.

·Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently sell our services.

·Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

·Meet and exceed monthly sales targets of $5K–$8K

·Use CRM tools to maintain lead records and track performance

·Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

·Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.

Skills Required

·Hands-on experience managing Meta Paid Leads (Facebook/Instagram)

·Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term relationships with clients.

·Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

·Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.

·Experience working with cold calls, email campaigns, and lead generation.

·Knowledge of web design and development services is preferred, but not required.

Compensation

Package: up to 120,000 to 150,000 per month

Conveyance allowance/pick and drop

Family medical insurance

Annual bonus

Uncapped Commission

Paid annual leaves

Evening Shift: 6PM – 2AM
