Customer Service & Sales Representative (In-House – Bahria Town, Lahore)

We are seeking an energetic Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our in-house team at our Bahria Town, Lahore office. The ideal candidate is confident on calls, has a natural sales instinct, and speaks English with an American accent.

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time), which is equivalent to 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT (Pakistan Time). This is an in-house position; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently.
  2. Respond to live chat and email inquiries with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Provide product information and guide customers to make a purchase.
  4. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM.
  6. Proven experience in customer service and sales.
  7. Must have a fluent American accent and strong English communication skills.
  8. Must be sales-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
  9. Experience with inbound/outbound calling, live chat, and email support.
  10. Comfortable working night shifts (Pakistan time).
  11. Strong work ethic, team player, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling to US-based customers.
  • Worked in eCommerce or technical support/sales roles.
