Company Description

ChildLife Foundation manages 14 state-of-the-art children's Emergency Rooms (ER) and 300+ Telemedicine Satellite Centers across Sindh, Balochistan, Punjab, and Northern Pakistan. Treating over 2 million children annually, ChildLife aims to reduce the child-mortality rate by providing quality emergency care for children free of charge and available 24/7. The foundation's life-saving network spreads across 300+ public sector hospitals throughout Pakistan.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for an Information Technology System & Network Engineer. The IT System Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include system administration, network administration, technical support, and troubleshooting. The role also involves ensuring system security and efficiency, and providing technical support to employees.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Information Technology, System Administration, and Network Administration
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
