We are expanding our IT team and looking for a skilled System Support Engineer specializing in Operating Systems and Security to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Linux, and other operating systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Implement and manage security protocols, firewalls, and access controls.
  • Regularly update and patch operating systems to prevent vulnerabilities.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and backup systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits and security checks.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and resolve escalated IT issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a System Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
  • Experience with system security tools, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Familiarity with virtualization, cloud platforms, and network security.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
