IT Manager Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and be able to provide reliable and effective solutions for all business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise systems engineers and I.T technicians, overseeing their professional development.
  • Provide innovative solutions as per requirements for all business units, improving processes to increase efficiencies, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage the IT technology strategy, monitoring and approving related expenditures.
  • Design and Maintain Company's Local and Wide area network infrastructure.
  • Implement and monitor network security at all levels.
  • Responsible for designing and maintaining Voice over IP network.
  • Ensure high-quality Internet and email system with appropriate security organization wide.
  • Maintain and procure IT hardware, software, and other related equipment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years experience in IT field with dept technical knowledge and experience of Network & systems.
  • CCNA / CCNP / MCP / MCSE certifications are required.
  • Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills with very good command of both spoken and written English and Urdu.
