As a Senior 3D Artist, you'll take ownership of crafting visually compelling and optimized 3D assets tailored for casual mobile games. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the visual direction and bring ideas to life through appealing static and animated visual mocks, as well as final in-game assets. Your advanced knowledge of mobile lighting, rendering, and performance optimization will help deliver polished experiences that shine on all devices.

• Translate game ideas, wireframes, and design documents into appealing static or animated visual mockups that convey the game's mood, style, and gameplay.
• Create stylized 3D models (props, environments, characters) optimized for casual mobile games.
• Define and execute high-quality lighting, shading, and rendering setups suitable for mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with game designers, developers, and UI/UX artists to ensure visual consistency and clarity.
• Work within Unity to implement and test assets in-game, ensuring technical and artistic quality.
• Optimize assets and scenes for performance across a variety of mobile devices.
• Contribute to the development of style guides, workflows, and best practices.
• Mentor junior artists and contribute to visual direction in alignment with product goals.

• 5+ years of professional experience in the gaming industry, with at least 2 years on mobile/casual games.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating stylized 3D work and visual mockups for game concepts or pitches.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling tools (Maya, 3ds Max Or Blender).
• Expert-level understanding of lighting and rendering for mobile platforms, especially using Unity.
• Strong skills in creating high-quality textures and materials (Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.).
• Proven ability to visually communicate game ideas through mockups and concept models, both static and animated.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques: polycount management, baking, LODs, batching, etc.
• Comfortable working in Unity (including light baking, shader setup, animation timeline, cinemachine, asset integration, and prefabs).
• Strong visual storytelling ability and an excellent eye for composition, color, and readability.
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and lead visual initiatives.

• Experience in animation or rigging.
• Shader Graph or custom material creation in Unity.
• Familiarity with UI layout and visual design.
• Deep interest in mobile gaming trends and casual audience aesthetics.
