Position: Software Support Executive (Day Shift)

  • 2+ years of hands-on ERP support and implementation experience.
  • A natural problem-solver who's quicker than Ctrl + Z.
  • Patient, approachable, and passionate about making tech simple for everyone.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Delivering top-notch support for ERP-related queries to end-users.
  • Troubleshooting bugs, errors, and the occasional mystery glitch.
  • Training and guiding clients and teammates on ERP functionalities.
  • Solving problems quickly, efficiently — and always with a smile.
  • Being the go-to person who turns frustration into confidence.
