What We're Looking For:- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on ERP support and implementation experience.
- A natural problem-solver who's quicker than Ctrl + Z.
- Patient, approachable, and passionate about making tech simple for everyone.
- Delivering top-notch support for ERP-related queries to end-users.
- Troubleshooting bugs, errors, and the occasional mystery glitch.
- Training and guiding clients and teammates on ERP functionalities.
- Solving problems quickly, efficiently — and always with a smile.
- Being the go-to person who turns frustration into confidence.
