We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, empathetic, and able to resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a positive company image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve complaints, provide product/service information, and guide customers through processes.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support staff or relevant departments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved queries.
  • Collaborate with the sales, technical, and operations teams to improve customer experience.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support, service, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in international customer support (US/UK clients).
  • Neutral or US/UK accent (if handling international calls).
  • Knowledge of IT products or SaaS platforms (if applicable).
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
