Position Overview:

PRIME Digital Ventures is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Website Development, Digital Marketing, designs and comprehensive product knowledge. This role involves managing customer queries, providing technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely and effective service, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced & target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support through email, chat, and phone.
  • Understand and communicate product features and solutions to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating where necessary to relevant departments.
  • Utilize Digital Marketing knowledge to assist clients with optimization related inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to FAQs and help documentation to support self-service tools.
  • Upsell to the existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
  • Experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a friendly manner.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
