We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OpenStack | OpenShift | Red Hat Linux Architect to join our dynamic infrastructure team. This is a critical role for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance cloud environments based on OpenStack and OpenShift, underpinned by Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage OpenStack and OpenShift cloud infrastructure.
  • Administer and optimize Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems for performance and security.
  • Ensure scalability, availability, and security of infrastructure across platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, Security, and Cloud teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor systems proactively, resolve incidents, and automate recurring tasks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on systems architecture and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure management, automation, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in Linux system administration and cloud environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in OpenStack and OpenShift deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) environments.
  • Red Hat Certification (RHCSA, RHCE, or RHCA) – mandatory.
  • Solid experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, and other containerization tools.
  • Strong scripting and automation capabilities (Bash, Python, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, and infrastructure as code.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
