Job Description:

Are you a tech-savvy, versatile digital expert who loves managing multiple tasks and working with the latest AI tools? We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Operations VA to handle responsibilities such as content creation, website management, automation, and administrative support. You will play a key role in streamlining processes, enhancing online visibility, and improving client service in a small, growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & SEO:

  • Research immigration trends and news using AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Write engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts and long-form content.
  • Publish and format content on our WordPress website using Elementor.

Website Management:

  • Perform updates and maintenance on our WordPress/Elementor website.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues or structural problems.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  • Design graphics and posts using Canva.
  • Create scripts and produce/edit short videos with phone footage or AI tools like HeyGen.
  • Support promotion of future podcast content.

Automation:

  • Build, manage, and optimize automation scenarios with Make.com or similar platforms to streamline workflows like client intake and email list updates.

Email & Admin Support:

  • Manage email inquiries and assist with initial client assessments.
  • Prepare and send email newsletters.
  • Manage email lists, including CSV uploads.
  • Implement basic client management processes.
  • Use AI tools for content, graphics, videos, and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar.
  • Proficiency with WordPress and Elementor.
  • Experience with automation platforms like Make.com or Zapier.
  • Proficiency in Canva.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience managing social media accounts.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (please specify in your application).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Bonus Points:

  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

Other Details:

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: Flexible hours, some overlap with Canadian Eastern Time Zone for collaboration.
