Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our team remotely. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, conducting research, and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage email inboxes, calendars, and appointments
- Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Handle data entry and maintain databases
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or chat
- Assist in managing online communities and social media messages
- Follow up with clients, customers, or vendors as required
- Assist in project coordination and tracking deadlines
- Conduct market research and summarize findings
- Manage spreadsheets, records, and digital files
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Assist in email marketing campaigns
- Monitor engagement and report on insights
- Conduct online research as needed
- Perform miscellaneous tasks to support business operations
- Proven experience in administrative support or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, or ClickUp)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling (preferred)
