B2B Marketing Analyst & Content Specialist

We're looking for a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Analyst & Content Specialist to join our growing team. This role blends analytical expertise with creative writing skills, offering the opportunity to contribute significantly to our marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is data-driven, possesses a strong understanding of marketing principles, and has a knack for crafting compelling content curated for a B2B model.

Experience: 1-2 years marketing, 2-3 years writing

Education: Bachelors degree in language, social sciences, management, marketing, or communications.

Modality: On-site, Lahore, Day shift.

Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, CRM, social media platforms).
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans.

Content Creation:

  • Write and edit high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, marketing collateral, and advertising copy.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Adapt writing style and tone to suit different platforms and target audiences.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles.
  • Proofread and edit all content for accuracy, grammar, and style.

Copywriting:

  • Create persuasive and compelling copy for marketing materials, including website landing pages, advertisements, brochures, and email campaigns.
  • Develop creative and engaging taglines and slogans.
  • Understand the target audience and tailor copy to their needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure copy and visuals are aligned.
