- Visit and survey report of the assigned scheme to be done within 3 days and inform the AM/DM/Manager of discrepancies if any.
- Conduct scheme survey regarding execution and inform Planning along with any uncharged material or discrepancies.
- Ensure timely issue and delivery of materials from the store to avoid delays.
- Coordinate PQC for timely scheme execution aligned with planned shutdown.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) both in office and on-site, ensuring all safety equipment is complete per standards.
- Supervise the execution site to ensure work adheres to SOP.
- Conduct site surveys for Security Deposit issuance to customers.
- In shutdowns, ensure timely arrival of AE and PQC on site to complete work within the allocated time.
- Ensure proper on-site execution to prevent QC failure; rectify discrepancies promptly if found.
- Inform AM/DM/Manager after execution and QC clearance for further processing.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders (Planning, Operations, RMTD, Quality Teams, Underground Maintenance, E&C, Customer, and consultants) to clear schemes and submit within TAT.
- Complete LT works within 2 days.
- Notify AM/DM/Manager to energize the scheme after LT work completion.
- Ensure presence on-site for energization from HT and LT sides and communicate with management.
- Regularly update scheme files (Gate Pass and related documents).
- Achieve annual targets assigned by the Line Manager.
