Software Engineer | Software Project Manager

Position Summary: The Business Development officer is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and promoting the organization's products or services. They play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of the business by identifying project opportunities, conducting market research, and presenting compelling proposals to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential project opportunities and target clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
  3. Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to understand their requirements and objectives.
  4. Develop and present project proposals, including project scope, deliverables, timelines, and cost estimates.
  5. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and action items.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Track and report on project development activities, sales pipelines, and progress towards targets.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover from business development to project execution.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of project development processes, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  7. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales and project management tools.
