Business Officer

Job Type: Full-time

OPPO Pakistan is looking for a skilled and proactive Business Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proposal writing, bidding, and identifying new business opportunities. As a key member of the business development team, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure we deliver high-quality proposals and bid submissions that align with OPPO's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and write compelling proposals and bids for new business opportunities, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with company goals.
  2. Manage the preparation of responses to tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely submission of high-quality documents.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
  4. Work closely with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
  5. Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the development and execution of business strategies.
  6. Provide regular reports on the status of proposals, tenders, and business opportunities to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2 years of experience in proposal writing, bidding, business development, or a similar role.
  3. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft persuasive proposals.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Ability to analyze business opportunities and align them with organizational goals.
